  • Sea bream baked in salt
  • "Pljukanci" with a Mediterranean sauce
  • Baked Mediterranean polenta
  • Octopus (sous-vide) salad

An apron, an initial snack, and wine accompaniment during the cooking class are included in the price.

Description

Acquired skills:

  • Discovering herbs and spices
  • Discovering the Mediterranean cuisine and its secrets
  • identifying fresh fish, learning how to properly clean it, and preparing it as a true gourmet dish, surpassing even the best restaurants.

Program:

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a delicious Mediterranean snack and a glass of premium wine. After the welcome address, we will take you on a Mediterranean journey through theory and practice. We will prepare several different specialties, from a refreshing Greek salad to a crispy Mediterranean polenta. We will bake a wonderful sea fish and learn what to do with the fish leftovers. Of course, we will also eat everything that we cook together.

You can sign up as a group or individually - in both cases, a great atmosphere is guaranteed!

The minimum number of perticipants is 4, maximum is 14.
