We will be preparing:
- Traditional fish stew
- Sea bream baked in salt
- "Pljukanci" with a Mediterranean sauce
- Baked Mediterranean polenta
- Octopus (sous-vide) salad
An apron, an initial snack, and wine accompaniment during the cooking class are included in the price.
