Location: Kulinarični center Gastrofuzija (Kajuhova ulica 32 R, 1000 Ljubljana, BTC cona)

We will be preparing:

  • Ramen - Japanese soup with noodles, seaweed, and vegetables (fish and meat stock)
  • Gyoza - meat and vegetable dumplings

Acquired skills:

  • basic cooking techniques and food preparation procedures
  • Learn about Japanese seasonings japonskih začimb 
  • ... and much more

An apron, an initial snack, and wine accompaniment during the cooking class are included in the price.

Description

Program:

After a short introduction and getting to know each other, the renowned Japanese chef Chinatsu Nakajima will give you some information about the beloved Japanese cuisine. After that, you will stand in pairs (or individually) behind the stoves and start creating traditional Japanese delicacies. A relaxed and fun atmosphere will be provided by the best Slovenian wine accompaniment.

Since we strive to throw away as little food as possible, this culinary workshop will emphasize the "zero waste" concept. “zero waste” koncept.

All your creations, which you will not be able to eat during the course, you can take home and treat your loved ones with them.

You can sign up as a group or individually - in both cases, a great atmosphere is guaranteed!

The minimum number of perticipants is 4, maximum is 14.
