  • beef tagliataa with arugula
  • beef steaks in onion sauce
  • steaki za vsako priložnost (t-bone,…)

An apron, an initial snack, and wine accompaniment during the cooking class are included in the price.

Description

Acquired skills:

  • learning about different cuts of meat and choosing the right one at the butcher's
  • learning about slow-cooking meat
  • discovering techniques and tricks in the preparation of classic meat delicacies
  • how to prepare a superb steak 

Program:

After a short introduction and getting to know each other, Jure will share some interesting facts about the preparation of delicious meat and present the dishes that we will create together. Because pulled pork requires a lot of time to prepare, Jure will put it in the oven before the beggining of class. In a relaxed and fun environment , accompanied by wine, we will start by discovering the secrets of preparing delicious and juicy meat delicacies.

All your creations, which you will not be able to eat during the course, you can take home and treat your loved ones with them.

You can sign up as a group or individually - in both cases, a great atmosphere is guaranteed!

The minimum number of perticipants is 4, maximum is 14.
